Common questions

How do I join a roll?

Ask the host for the 6-character code. Enter it on the Join screen in the app, or visit the link the host sent you. No account is required to join and shoot.

I cannot see the photos — where is the gallery?

The gallery is locked until the host presses reveal. Only the host can open it. If the event has ended and you still cannot see photos, ask the host to reveal the roll.

Can I delete a photo I took?

Photos cannot be deleted or previewed before the reveal — that is by design. After the roll is revealed, the host can remove individual photos from the gallery.

How do I order prints?

Open the roll in the app, go to the Prints tab, choose the photos you want, pick a product, and check out. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Gelato.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Account → Delete account in the app. Your data is removed within 30 days. You can also email us at the address below.

I found a bug or something is not working.

Email us with as much detail as you can — device, OS version, what you tapped, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help.
